So to speak anyway
Went down to the Hayle estuary today, thank goodness it's only a 20 minute drive. Arrived an hour after low tide approx. 7am and stayed to just after mid flood. Must have been a neap as there wasn't much water there. Only around 50 BH Gulls there as well
Ringed birds were all silver ringed, no colour ringed birds and all I got was a 1st cy BH Gull and a Med Gull that was actually ringed above the knee.
Did have good views of a Kingfisher successfully hunting so all was not lost.
