This morning was a couple of hours fixing plates to the front of nest boxes at Stithians. most of the boxes in good condition however two did contain mammal nests. Not sure what type so i'll send them to the Cornwall Mammal Group for ID.

Shag nests building
Visited Hells Mouth first on Saturday morning, number of Shag nests now number 14. Only 12 of these are monitorable and all between N1 (1/4 built) to N2 (1/2 built). No encouraging behaviour from Raven or Cormorant whatsoever. Fulmar on the ledges still in good numbers with 88 counted
